AccuCampus is the system EKU uses for students to check in and out of study labs, tutoring centers, and other academic support programs.  The following provides students with a how-to guide for using AccuCampus.

For downloadable instructions that include screenshots, click on the headings of the information below.

First-Time User of AccuCampus Instructions:

Go to and enter the following information:  

    Domain Name: EKU

    Email Address:  Your EKU student email address:

    Click "Forgot your password"

A link will be sent to your EKU student email account.  Click on that link to set your password. 

Find and Sign Up for Events

Go to and log in with the information that you set up.

Hover over the General Symbol and click on Register to Seminars.

The Register to Event session page will load up. 

Click Search Session by Event. Here, you can search for seminars by name. Typing in the name of your school's event will show you that specified session. Times, dates, and location are all in the description of the session listed. Clicking on the register tab you can now attend the event.

Once you are registered, a notification will pop up on the upper right corner of the screen showing that you successfully registered for the event.

Check Your Study Hours and Other Events at AccuCampus Sites on Campus.

Go to and log in with the information that you set up.

Hover over the General Symbol and click on Center Visits.

Select My Logs.
